People seemed to like the training log that I generated last year so we continued the spreadsheet this year. Same format, different people. The spreadsheet resides on my web site, and riders could access their training efforts as well as others, as they prepared for the ride. It was kind of neat to be able to see what others were doing. Below are several snapshots of the various dialogs, plus the final cumulative graph of our training efforts, up to the last day before RAGBRAI.
